This is driven by an extra Limited Board construction

Mount all the parts around U4 before soldering to be certain of available holes.
Maybe? leave 5 holes available between the U2 and U4 IC sockets for Q5 parts

Integrated Circuits
U2 = TLO82 - Dual OP Amp
U4 = TLC555 - Used as a Schmitt trigger & Pulse generator

Transistors
Q3, Q5 = 2N2222
Q4 = N-channel FET -  MPF102 -> 276-2062

Diodes
D1, D2, D4, D5  = 1N914 (276-1620 "50 pack")
D3 = LED super bright tuning indicator

Resistors
R9 = 330K ohm (orange - orange - yellow - gold) *
R10, R15, R16, R23, R25, R26 = 10K ohm (brown - black - orange - gold) *
R13, R13b = 1 Meg ohm (brown - black - green - gold)
R11,  R12, R14  =  100K ohm ( brown - black - yellow - gold)
R19 = 15K ohm ( brown - green - orange - gold)
R17 = 1K ohm (brown - black - red - gold)
R18 = 100K ohm  fixed (brown - black - green - gold) or a 100K Pot  for "sine to square" wave harmonics
R20 = 470 ohm (yellow - violet - brown - gold)
R21, R22 = 1 Meg ohm (brown - black - green - gold)
R24  = 2.2 K ohm ( red - red - red - gold)
(The  resistors are found in the the assorted pack 271-308)

Capacitors
C10, C13 = Ceramic 100 pf - 101 marking (272-123   "2 pack")
C16 = Ceramic .0047 - 472 marking or two .01 - 103 in series 
C15, C22 = Ceramic capacitors .1 uf  or 104 marking (272-109  "5 pack")
C12, C17 = Ceramic .01 uf or 103 marking *
C14, C18 = 10 uf  Tantalum capacitors (272-1436)
C19 = Electrolytic capacitor 47 uf *
C20, C21 = Electrolytic capacitor 1 uf *
C11= 1 uf  Tantalum capacitors (272-1434)

Battery = 4 AA  or 6 volt lantern battery (the 7 ma. current is so low the batteries should last years!)
