I designed a solar
cell pre-amp PDF with a 50/60 hz notch filter to
minimize 50/60 hz hum picked up from incandescent bulb lighting.

If your Ultermen board conks out at higher frequencies, it
is because your theremin is outputting a weaker signal at higher
frequencies.
Increasing Pot 7 will help. 8.22.04
C10 capacitor is best as 1 uf or less 8.22.04
